While serving as a guest on Annie Mac’s BBC Radio 1 program, the “Lay Me Down” singer delivered his powerful take on Amy Winehouse‘s “Love Is A Losing Game.” Driven by a viewing of the recent Amy Winehouse documentary Amy, Sam Smith’s spin on “Love Is A Losing Game” was his way of shining the spotlight on the artist who molded him as both a creator and consumer of music. Sam Smith’s version of “Love Is A Losing Game” will be included on the forthcoming deluxe edition of Drowning Shadows, which Smith promoted earlier in the week.
