The Hundreds have collaborated with Pepsi on a capsule collection of apparel that gleans from Pepsi’s iconic heritage. Taking its vintage advertisements from both the 1950s and the early 2000s, these T-shirts and hoodies serve as a nostalgic homage to the aesthetic that has become synonymous with American culture. “Pepsi, to me, is a part of Americana. As much as it is a beverage, it’s also about American culture,” says Bobby Hundreds. Its legacy is closely tied to the beverage brand’s use of pop culture icons, having enlisted the likes of Madonna, Cindy Crawford and Britney Spears to tout Pepsi. The brand sought to recreate these ads, even including a Pepsi Perfect ad from Back to the Future II.
The collection will drop on November 20 at all flagship stores and online.
