Extra Butter x ASICS GEL-Lyte V "Karaoke"
Complete with a shot glass and an Extra Butter care tin.
We’ve already seen a teaser of the forthcoming Extra Butter x ASICS release through a video starring model Nicole Bonifacio, but we now get a closer look at the GEL-Lyte V “Karaoke.” Reworking the iconic silhouette with a grey suede upper, detailing in pastel pink provides accents of color while a zebra-like striped sock lining (possibly a reference to Lost in Translation‘s famous karaoke scene) adds further personality to the shoe. The “Karaoke” also comes with an extra pair of zebra-patterned laces, an Extra Butter shot glass, and an Extra Butter tin complete with a tea bag and cherry eucalyptus lozenges. The GEL-Lyte V “Karaoke” will be debuted at an official release party on December 10 in NYC, and will be the center of a second party on Dec 11 as well. The online release will drop on December 12 and will retail at $180 USD, available in sizes 5 through 13. As a miniature addition, the Toddler GEL-Lyte V will be available in whole sizes 4 through 9, and will retail for $80 USD.
