Major shade is thrown at the Soul Train Awards.
Erykah Badu’s recent You Caint Use My Phone mixtape has been making a lot of noise, and her buzz is about to get even bigger. During her stage time at the Soul Train Awards, Badu pretended to receive a phone call from Iggy Azalea, and used that opportunity to throw some major shade. This was her monolog: “Uh yes? Who is this? Iggy Azalea? Yeah, hey. Oh, no, no, no, no, you can come [board the Soul Train.] ‘Cause what you doin’ is definitely not rap.” Watch the moment below.
