David Bowie Unveils Short Film for "Blackstar"

Last month, the iconic David Bowie shared his latest single. Entitled “Blackstar,” the song serves as the first new Bowie single to surface in years and the title track to his upcoming LP. Despite his extensive, impressive discography, Bowie hasn’t released an official solo album since 2013’s The Next Day. Now, Bowie has shared the track’s official video. Premiered on Palladia TV and at an earlier, exclusive Brooklyn screening, the visual piece is definitely more of a short film than a traditional music video. You can watch the vignette for “Blackstar” above. Blackstar will arrive in early 2016.
