McDonald Unveils the Gray Burger
Exclusive to the Chinese market.

Continuing to experiment with quirky iterations of its menu’s favorites, McDonalds has unveiled an all-new gray hamburger in the Chinese market. Dubbed the “Modern China Burger,” the burger consists of a large slice of pork patty, several pieces of bacon, iceberg lettuce and dressing all sandwiched between two black sesame buns. The new burger hasn’t garnered the best reviews so far, with platforms such as Time Out Beijing comparing its color with the pollution often associated with China’s capital. Nevertheless, Time Out Beijing said they liked the “The Modern China Burger” once its editor amped up the courage to taste it. The burger is available in China till November 3.
