Pharrell to Appear on The Simpsons

Yesterday, we reported on Pharrell’s plans to launch a concert series event with Al Gore aimed at provoking climate action and today, Skateboard P is in the news again. According to EW, Pharrell is next in line to add to the extensive list of celebrities to appear on Matt Groening’s timeless animation The Simpsons. Set to air February 8, the episode, titled “Walking Big & Tall,” features the “Happy” crooner offering to write a new anthem for the town of Springfield. The plot for this particular episode is said to be inspired by a real Milwaukee TV Station that hired a composer to create a city pride song.
