Parisian designer Damir Doma has unveiled the 2015 fall/winter collection for his high fashion line. The label’s signature aesthetic, compromised of flowing silhouettes, marked by the boldness of dark colors returns with an underlying air of freshness. Doma’s latest is highlighted by wool layering, exquisite cuts, and an emphasis on demarcating outfits through belted styles. Making use of a neutral toned color palette with splashes of bright yellow, featured looks included one-piece robes finished with a belted loop, a solid black cape layered over a yellow top which was tucked underneath a pair of high-waisted grey trousers, and multiple printed sleeved tops, blazers, and trousers sporting linear stripes. The various robe options, coupled with pieces such as the exterior topcoats, and high-waisted trousers effectively dramatized the proportions of Doma’s collective, supporting a taller, elongated shape.
