J. Cole has undoubtedly been one of the breakout earners of 2014, having the biggest first-week sales in hip-hop for his album 2014 Forest Hills Drive. It’s no wonder he’s been given a magazine cover, though it may not be the publication you’d expect. ESPN will feature the Carolina Native alongside NASCAR driver Dale Earnhardt Jr. in their upcoming music issue, however the article links the two together by more than just coincidence. Cole gives a shout out to Dale on his album, prompting the unlikely pair to come together.
