After already taking strides to conquer the road with his burgeoning, promising automotive house Tesla, the ever-progressive Elon Musk took to Reddit recently to announce his latest venture: space. Working through his SpaceX outfit, Musk shed some light on the company’s forthcoming Mars Colonial Transporter – which is projected to ferry up to 100 people back and forth between Mars. In line with Musk’s universal focus on resource management, the Colonial Transporter is also said to be completely reusable. Expected to be revealed this year, look for more news on this as it develops.
