It’s been several years since the co-created WTAPS & NEIGHBORHOOD retail venture known as HOODS has opened a new international space. On September 18th, the South Korean capital of Seoul will welcome the latest installment of the retail concept. The space will in typical fashion house an assortment of both WTAPS and NEIGHBORHOOD offerings as it joins previous locations in Hong Kong and Beijing.
