Nike Unveils Manchester United's 2014/15 Home Kit

Surely the collective English eye has drifted domestically to focus on the forthcoming Premier League season. With many of the Three Lions playing for one of England’s most decorated clubs, Nike has unveiled their new home kits for Manchester United ahead of the 2014-2015 season. Wayne Rooney, Danny Welbeck and Phil Jones will take to Old Trafford in a redesigned kit, tailored for a more streamlined fit and focusing its palette on the club’s iconic red, black, white and gold colors. A new ribbed collar is executed with the colors, complimented by a hidden button that reiterates aesthetics dating back to the early 20th century. At the back of the neck, the words “Youth, Courage, Greatness” appear as a subtle reminder of the club’s hallmark values – every time a player dons the shirt. With the kits having gone on pre-order, pick up these shirts online and in-store beginning July 16.
