Bodega x ASICS Gel Lyte V Teaser

Sailing on the high winds of its apparel collaboration with Fred Perry, one of Boston’s finest retailers recruits ASICS for a fresh footwear offering. Considering the well-regarded Gel Lyte V in this outing, Bodega offered up a preview of the forthcoming project. While recent iterations of the sneaker – the “Mint Leaf,” for instance – have found the kicks done up in one dominant color, Bodega made maximum use of the sneaker’s paneled upper, executing vibrant purple, yellow, grey, cream and red colors on the heel panel alone. The above preview also highlights the brand’s use of protective GORE-TEX® throughout the shoe, a nifty premium feature wearers will appreciate in the seasonal transition.
