Taking a step away from basketball and soccer silhouettes, Nike is set to re-acclimate audiences with its hallmark gridiron superstar. The Swoosh presents a new rendition of Calvin Johnson‘s signature CJ Trainer 2 shoe, making reference to the wide receiver’s penchant for visors on the field. As a result, the CJ Trainer 2 “Visor” is outfitted with a black and white paneled upper, accented with boisterous red highlights at the outsole, toe logo, and heel panel. These handsome features are backed up by impressive support features such as Nike’s hallmark Flywire technology, as well as a foot strap over the toebox for maximum security. Look for the Nike Zoom CJ Trainer 2 “Visor” to land at retailers and Nike’s website on June 27.
