Having already celebrated the 20th anniversary of the Reebok Instapump Fury with its commemorative Issue 29, Sneaker Freaker partnered with the revered sneaker brand “to produce a short film that shines a light on one of the most intriguing and polarizing footwear designs of all time.” Starting at Ching Luh’s Fuzhou, China factory where this once futuristic model is now being produced, the video reunites Steven Smith and Paul Litchfield – the original designers of the Instapump Fury – as they explore the history and impact of their “radical” sneaker.
