Reebok has unveiled the Instapump Fury 94 “EREN,” a collaboration with the manga Hidarikiki no Eren (Eren the Southpaw). Designed directly by the series’ original creator and noted sneakerhead, Kappy, this special collaboration superimposes the distinct visual language of his popular manga onto Reebok’s iconic 1994 laceless running blueprint.
The sneaker’s upper features hand‑drawn shadow motifs inspired by the manga’s aesthetics, layered across the panels to create a striking contrast. The inflatable bladder cage – central to the customizable fit of the signature “The Pump” system – is overlaid with expressive, hand-drawn-style black outlines. This intentional detail creates an illusionary 2D sketch effect, making the sneaker look as if it has literally leapt out from the pages of a comic book.
