Perera Elsewhere - Light Bulb (Shlohmo Remix)

For the Deluxe Edition of Berlin songstress Perera Elsewhere‘s acclaimed album Everlast, her LA-based label Friends of Friends has commissioned several different artists for remix duty. Shlohmo, one of FoF’s most well-known beatmakers, was one of the producers selected to give their spin on Perera’s music, and the result is his eerie remix of “Light Bulb.” Unfolding like a woozy drift into sleep after downing a little too much codeine, the track compliments both Shlohmo’s current trademark of gloomy production and the original songwriter’s morose style.
