Charli XCX currently has a third album in the works, but in the meantime the 21-year-old singer has been commissioned to provide an original cut for the soundtrack to the upcoming film The Fault In Our Stars. Earlier in the month she dropped her contribution, the pop-entrenched ”Boom Clap,” and now the songstress has released a “lyric video” for the track.  It features her lyrics for “Boom Clap” juxtaposed over a sparkling and literally-starstruck backdrop.  The soundtrack for The Fault in Our Stars is scheduled for release on May 19.
