This year, Grenson has collaborated with several of London’s menswear designs for a special footwear collaboration exclusively for MR PORTER. With input from the likes of Katie Eary, Christopher Raeburn, Matthew Miller and more, “LONDON COLLECTIONS.MEN” offers a unique mix of styles.
Agi & Sam‘s effort is a black double monk-strap in a mix of suede and textured leathers. Matthew Miller‘s take offers a unique contrast between a rich crocodile-embossed upper and a tan wood sole. Katie Eary also worked on a double monk-strap but her version features a vibrant blue suede upper finished with gold buckles. Sibling‘s penny loafers are made over with a light blue nubuck and feature a black trim around the collar and a leather lining. Craig Green‘s take picks up on the all-black trend with his strapped wingtip brogue, which features a black upper accented with an elastic fabric strap around the midfoot and a chunky rubber sole. Rounding out the collection is Christopher Raeburn‘s cavnas and leather boots, which sports a green premium canvas upper with textured brown leather accents and a chunky sole with detailing from the original British Commando boot.
