Watch the 2014 Soul Train Awards Performances

The 27th annual Soul Train Awards, held in Las Vegas, Nevada, was televised on Sunday night on BET and Centric. Hosted by Wendy Williams and shot last month at the Orleans Arena, the show opened with a medley performance of past hits by R&B star Chris Brown, including “Yo (Excuse Me Miss),” “Take You Down,” and “Say Goodbye”, before transitioning to current bangers “New Flame” and “Loyal.” While performances by current artists — such as Justine Skye and Tinashe — are customary, Jodeci took the stage by surprise as the legendary R&B group performs together for the first time in eight years. They debut their single “Nobody Wins” on air, making it their first release since 1996. Other performers included B.o.B, Nico and Vinz, Tank, Machel Montano, Missy Elliot, Lil’ Kim, and Da Brat.
