Social media has advanced so far in the last few years it’s hard to believe that artists were primarily discovered on Myspace. As one of the first social sites to be widely used, Myspace was the first outlet for a lot of singers looking to make it big, one such singer would be Canadian crooner Grimes. In a post to Instagram (Note: she pulled the picture down), Grimes uploaded an image of her Myspace account and warned listeners about the “pre-Geidi Primes” music that will be found there. The page contains 4 songs and, while it’s not much, it gives an intimate look into the eclectic musical styling’s Grimes has always been privy to. Check out the page here.
