Originally conceived as a program to inspire Native American youth to self-improvement through the medium of sports, Nike‘s N7 initiative functions on the premise that we must consider the impact of our decisions on the next seven generations. Beginning in 2007 with the launch of the Air Native N7 shoe, the N7 Fund has since raised $3 million USD for Aboriginal youth sports programs. In celebration of the seventh anniversary of N7, Nike has released its Holiday 2014 N7 collection featuring footwear, hoodies, tees, shorts and tights proudly displaying graphics by the Northwest Coastal artist Peter Boome of the Salish tribe. The prominent graphics include traditional motifs such as the Raven and Frog, rendered in a palette of red, black, silver and gold accents. The N7 collection is now available online and at Nike and Foot Locker locations across North America. Learn more about Nike N7 here.
