Beyoncé is Being Sued for Stealing "XO"

After revealing plans to re-release a platinum edition of her self-titled album later this month, Beyoncé is finding herself in legal trouble. As TMZ reports, backup singer Ahmad Javon Lane claims that Mrs. Carter stole “XO” after he played his song, “XOXO,” with another singer that provides background vocals for Bey. The lawsuit says that the song ended up on her 2013 surprise album without his permission or consent. He seeks $3 million in compensation in this case.
