Undoubtedly inspired by MJ‘s alma mater in Chapel Hill is the upcoming “Legend Blue” edition of the Air Jordan XX9. Featuring the same color-blocking as the silhouette’s White/Black and “Gym Red” colorways, the latest XX9 sees “Legend Blue” and white separated on the knit upper by bold black lines while the brand’s iconic elephant print appears in monochromatic form throughout the white “paneling” and midsole. Finally, an icy outsole and bold “23” and “JORDAN” heel branding complete the look. Retailing for $225 USD, the “Legend Blue” Air Jordan XX9 is set to hit Jordan retailers and Nike.com December 1.
