Taped back in September, the ninth annual BET Hip-Hop Awards aired in network television on Monday night. Hosted by by Snoop Dogg at Atlanta’s Boisfeuillet Jones Atlanta Civic Center, the night saw a lot of winners and plenty of memorable performances. The lineup for the latter included Rae Sremmurd with their summer anthem “No Flex Zone,” Vince Staples and Jay Electronica, Rich Gang featuring Young Thug, Rich Homie Quan and Birdman, Migos, DJ Mustard with Lil Boosie, Ty Dolla $ign and YG, Brandy joining forces with legends MC Lyte, Yo-Yo and Queen Latifah, Snoop Dogg, T.I., and Bobby Shmurda, who closed the night.
