Sneaker Freaker x ASICS Gel Kayano "Melvin"

Following July’s re-release of its collaborative ASICS Gel Lyte III “Alvin Purple” (announced here), Sneaker Freaker unveils its second partnership with ASICS in a pair of Gel Kayano trainers dubbed “Melvin,” the son of Alvin. Sporting the imprint’s trademark asymmetrical color scheme, its medial side features a 3M glitter-infused charcoal support cage, while the outside sees a vibrant splash of yellow. Additional details include speckled midsoles, polka dot laces, a neoprene sock-liner and a hint of purple at its heel. The Sneaker Freaker x ASICS Gel Kayano “Melvin” will release at select retailers on October 17.
