An Exclusive Look at the BAIT x ASICS Gel Lyte III "Basics Model-002 Guardian"

After bringing you a preview of the BAIT x ASICS Gel Lyte III “Basics Model-002 Guardian,” we’ve now got a full look at the upcoming shoe. Expanding on the concept of the “Basics Model-001 Vanquish,” the “Guardian” is a conceptual take on a shoe designed to withstand the harsh conditions of a dystopian world. To that end, the shoe features a reinforced metal wire mesh upper with a custom camouflage pattern visible beneath it and rugged nailhead suede overlays. The wire mesh also features subtle 3M reflective hexagon print on the toe, side and heel. Waxed laces, a black suede formstripe, speckled midsole, and orange outsole complete the look for this latest collaboration from BAIT and ASICS.
