With square-footage approaching 8,000, the 5-bedroom space in Manhattan was purchased by Lee for $16 million USD in 1998, yet more recently the famed director has opted to vacate his home of 16 years. Among the bossier features of the house are three fireplaces and two indoor gardens – one with a fountain, while Lee is hoping to sell for a price of $32 million USD, effectively doubling the price he picked it up for.
