HYPETRAK Premiere: The White Lamp - Make It Good

The White Lamp is the new collaborative project of dance music legend Darren Emerson and Peter Josef, who worked with the likes of Paskal & Urban Absolutes, Alex Barck, Friend Within as a vocalist. In late 2012, both artists join forces for “Make It Good,” causing immediate stir within the international clubscape. A white label pressing in early 2013 followed, bringing massive radio support in Europe as well as in the U.S. for the the soulfully hypnotic uptempo jam. Today, the eclectic tune receives its official visual companion which translates the unique energy of the cut in trippy animated setting.

Emerson’s relationship with music spans across three-decades. He has been labeled by some as one of the pioneers of the early Tech-House movement. Peter Josef has been playing music from early on, and after working on a number of projects across genres, lending his vocal flavor to several releases on big dance labels such as Friend Within (Method), Alex Barck (Jazzanova), Pascal and Urban Absolutes (Sonar Kollektiv), and Jody Wisternoff (Anjunadeep).
