There’s little doubt that the audio gadget market is competitive as ever. Brands like Beats by Dre, Sennheiser, WeSC, or AiAiAi have been constantly pushing the envelope in terms of developing premium headphones or earphones. However, preferences among users vary. Some lean towards “headphones,” that are offered in “over-the-ear” or “on-ear” models, thanks to their desire to experience their music in deeper lows and mids and a greater sound reduction from outside noise. On the other side, “earphones” and other similar in-ear buds have earned an increased market share in recent years which correlates with higher quality of the products and the added unassuming aesthetics. Obviously, these differences rely on subjective preference, so we decided to ask you which one you prefer — headphones or earphones — in this week’s poll. Submit and comment below.
