Employing modern iterations to your wardrobe staples, White Mountaineering‘s eye for detail is yet again highlighted in its diverse collection for 2013 fall/winter. Utilizing plaid, stripes and camouflage prints with a dexterity that doesn’t allow these common patterns to come across redundant, the Japanese imprint adds its own riff of quirkiness to the well-fitted silhouettes, blending retro motifs with modern use of textiles. The rehash of pockets and zips alongside its meticulous cut and sew techniques flaunts the brand’s preppy meets sporty sensibility with ease. While a strong outerwear collection is evident throughout, the imprint also presents a range of complacent bottoms and T-shirts. Elsewhere, pullovers, gilets and knitwear are adorned with beatnik patterns, furthering White Mountaineering’s laid-back motifs. The full 2013 fall/winter collection is now available from the White Mountaineering online store.
