Continuing to roll out their summer takeover, Nike SB has launched Paul Rodriguez‘s seventh professional model shoe with a tour of the exotic Los Angeles area, summarized by the above video. Led by a dysfunctional duo of Brad Staba and the gung-ho ‘Trick’ (in some circles known as Blake Anderson), the tour bus hits the road for a safari, sighting rare professional skateboarders in their natural habitat. Sightings of Gino Iannucci, Cory Kennedy and Theotis Beasley keep the crowd in awe, yet leave it to the man of the hour, P-Rod himself, to cap off the tour with a very gnarly triple-set banger (not unlike the “Today Was A Good Day” clip). The fun video was created to celebrate the P-Rod 7, which takes cues from classic Nike models such as the Air Jordan 1 and Dunk to deliver a low profile skate-ready silhouette. Enjoy the above.
