Known for colorful and sometimes eccentric designs, Moschino presented its Spring/Summer 2014 collection in Shanghai, China. The choice of location will undoubtedly become a more popular move as high fashion houses jockey for position in China. Taking quite a literal inspiration from nature, graphic prints of the various earth elements are layered in panels over shirts, sweaters and suit jackets. As if that was not enough, a full suit in a bold “lightning” print also featured on the runway. Slightly tamer options included suit and tuxedo jackets in red, gold or silver sheen.
