Future Speaks On Lil Wayne's Controversial "Karate Chop" Lyrics

After a run-in with the family of Emmitt Till, losing his Mountain Dew endorsement deal, and being dropped from the official “Karate Chop (Remix),” the discussion surrounding Lil Wayne‘s facetious lyrics still continues. Standing beside the rapper, Future called in to Power 106 LA to speak to Big Boy and give his point of view on the matter, where he stated:

I never thought it would get so much attention…Overall, over the whole situation, he did bring light in a positive way to what happened, even though they might have thought it was negative. He brought positive energy to the situation…He raised awareness to people who didn’t even know Emmitt Till.
