Paradise got many of us through the winter with its melancholy songs of uncertain love and unrequited feelings, with Lana Del Rey’s soothing voice keeping a fire alive within us, paralleling our pain with her own. All that’s over now though, at least for the time being, as the weather warms and summer approaches. Apparently, Lana Del Rey feels the same way, applying her lush, low voice to a 1960s song written for Nancy Sinatra: “Summer Wine.” The visual accompaniment has been revealed for the song, which takes a personal, home movie-like approach. Look for the single on Born to Die – The Paradise Edition, which is available now on iTunes, and enjoy the video above.
