Mark McNairy 2013 Spring/Summer Collection

That oddball rapper Danny Brown is this season’s poster boy which speaks volumes about Mark McNairy‘s latest collection for New Amsterdam. Unorthodox, and at times irreverent in his designs, McNairy again toys with the conventions of prep with an array of twisted staples that have become his signature. For Spring/Summer 2013, his floral-heavy, polka-dotted and vibrantly-colored collection features graphic tees, shirting, pants and lightweight outerwear that offer new, street-inspired takes on traditional basics, while still maintaining the construction and quality synonymous with classic American clothing. Standouts include varsity and denim jackets in leopard and patterned shirts, shorts and chinos, while the AK-47 pocket square in white continues with McNairy’s penchant for cheeky accessories.
