While the name rings as merely the summation of Nike‘s premier technologies past and present, the Flyknit Air Max marks an important development for the Oregon-based sportswear brand. Never resting on its laurels, the Swoosh set to debut two new colorways of the technical sportswear silhouette for the spring fashion season. Here we find the Flyknit Air Max in two distinctly Nike colorways. The first features a predominantly blue upper speckled with red and orange threads throughout the knit upper. This is cleverly counterbalanced by a gradient red-to-orange Air Max outsole. The second color scheme features a relatively mellow neutral grey upper accented with fuchsia and pale blue hints, then matched with a gradient purple-to-blue sole. Look for both colorways to drop around the other Spring 2014 releases on January 3, 2014.
