While we took a brief look earlier in the week at A Bathing Ape‘s new offerings moving into Spring/Summer 2014, it seems as if the brand had more up its proverbial sleeve. Here the Japanese trendsetter gives an unabridged look at its forthcoming collection, where we see the full contemporary vision come to life. While camouflage is still an integral part of the motifs, the line reworks plaid patchwork into a bright, dapper shirt/shorts combination, elsewhere executing clever white-to-plaid gradient patterns. In terms of silhouettes: a bevy of T-shirts, beanies and clean hoodies keep the line relatively athletic, yet also expands on BAPE’s established aesthetic.
