Ahead of next week’s drop comes perhaps the mostly highly anticipated cut from Eminem‘s forthcoming The Marshall Mathers LP 2: the Kendrick Lamar-assisted cut “Love Game.” In sticking with the Beastie Boys-inspired vibe – whether intentional or not – that marks the majority of the album, the track once again adopts an old-school rap/rock beat from Rick Rubin and company as Em’ and K.Dot trade verses, their sharp tongues and barbs in hilarious contrast to the music itself.
