Originally introduced in 1993 and one of the most technical (and expensive) running footwear models of the era, New Balance‘s 1500 returns for the Spring 2013 season in an Elite Edition. Built atop New Balance’s ENCAP system for cushioning and shock absorption, the kicks pair smooth grey leather and matching mesh with a predominately bright green suede upper and various white accents throughout. Finished with minimal black accents on both the upper and rubber outsole and sporting “Elite Edition” branding across the tongue, the New Balance CM1500 GG Elite Edition is now available in-store and online from New York’s Kith for $155 USD.
