Following the release of the stellar single “Say That,” Toro Y Moi (whose real name is Chazwick Bundick) now returns with a full stream of his new album Anything In Return. Judging by initial listens, this album is a slight departure from 2011’s Underneath The Pine, but only in the sense that it further explores the themes of psychedelic chillwave and infuses a broader range of sounds. There are certain house and pop influences currently present in Anything that suggest that Bundick is only beginning to experiment with how far he can extend himself as an artist. The album will be available for full purchase on Janurary 22.
