Primitive x Nike SB 2012 Lunar Rod

Nike has finally unveiled the Primitive x Nike SB Lunar Rod Safari after sharing teaser pics earlier in the month. A special limited edition release from Nike SB, the new Lunar Rod combines the sole from a Lunar Braata shoe and the upper from Paul Rodriguez‘s latest signature shoe, the P-Rod VI. To celebrate the launch of the new signature shoe, Rodriguez tapped the crew from his Los Angeles retail spot Primitive to create a special edition colorway. Taking inspiration from the crew’s love of the Air Max 1 Safari, the crew incorporated the Safari print into this special colorway. Sporting black, red, orange and safari hits, this is easily one of the most standout releases from Nike SB in recent memory. Set to his stores this October, stay posted for further launch information.
