The soul icon joined forces with collaborators Damon Albarn and XL honcho Richard Russell along, marking their first public performance together. Kwes, TV on the Radio’s Jaleel Bunton, and frequent Albarn collaborator Remi Kabaka also joined the fun. This illustrious group of distinguished musicians offered live renditions of the title track from Womack’s new album, The Bravest Man in the Universe, as well as web exclusives of “Jubilee” and “Whatever Happened to the Times.”
