Vans California 2012 Fall/Winter Japan City Limited Pack

Releasing this weekend is a special limited edition pack of Vans exclusive to three major cities in Japan — Sendai receives as special rendition of the Vans Slip On; Tokyo, the Vans Chukka; and Fukuoka, the Vans Era. Choosing to craft the entire upper in corduroy, the silhouettes make good use of color blocking as navy, brown, red and hints of beige are asymmetrically patched together to form the shoe. Final details include leather trimming, and in place of the usual “VANS” side logo, a special tab with the name of the shoe’s respective city is present instead. Retailing only at select channels including ABC-MART, each model will sell at around ¥6,615 JPY (approximately $85 USD).
