In a long respected union of design finesse, the New York-based Thom Browne and Los Angeles-based Dita present their latest eyewear collaboration with this behind-the-scenes catalog. Expressing the utmost mutual admiration for each other’s progressive vision and aesthetic virtue, the catalog also reveals factory images that expound on the production process. Two-hundred and fifty craftsmen in seven factories took 600 man-hours over eight months to individually hand-make these gorgeous vintage-inspired eyewear pieces, and their uncompromising quality and substance surely attest to all that work.
