No stranger to collaborating with Vans, Japanese-born, Santa Monica-bred designer Taka Hayashi has been tapped by Steve Caballero for the latest 20th anniversary edition of his signature Half Cab. Built atop a vulcanized rubber outsole with white rubber foxing, the early ’90s skateboarding silhouette sees an upper of texturized navy and tan leather paneling with additional suede applications, patterned lining, rope boot laces, and a multicolored branding tab with skeleton graphic detailing. The celebratory Hayashi-designed release is now available for $85 USD from Vans online.
