Del Toro — the label which, until recently, was known predominantly for its elegant slippers — continues to expand on 2012’s footwear offerings with the release of its Alto Wingtip Oxfords. Blending the comfortable uppers of the brand’s previous shoe styles with on-trend, colored soles, Del Toro offers the boot-based brogue classics in streetwise makeups — camouflage, patchwork leather and unconventionally-colored suede — bringing their locus of reference away from the English countryside and into urban territory.
