Designer Phillip Lim is doing a little more than the conventional celebration for his forthcoming 3.1 Phillip Lim Fall/Winter 2012 line. Lim has co-authored a comic book with John Ostrander, titled Kill the Night. Drawn by Jan Duursema of Star Wars comic book fame, Kill the Night draws its inspiration from Sin City and V for Vendetta along with Lim’s new collection, with its neo noir anti-heroines wearing costumes of Lim’s design. Like the collection, the comic carries various themes of duality; black and white, love and betrayal, making appearances not as they seem. Expected to release on September 6, this comic will be in very limited supply, so head here to get more information.
