The Last Stand Official Trailer #1
With Arnold Schwarzenegger having completed his tenure as governor of California as of January
With Arnold Schwarzenegger having completed his tenure as governor of California as of January 2011, he has plenty of time to get back into starring in Hollywood blockbuster films. And judging from this first trailer for The Last Stand, the 65-year-old doesn’t seem any worse for wear, blasting bad guys with fearsome weaponry and delivering one-liners just like the good old days. Directed by Kim Jee-Woon, The Last Stand follows a drug lord who has just escaped from prison and is seeking to get back across the U.S. border into Mexico. One problem: Arnold is the sheriff of the small border town that stands between this villain and his freedom. Expect boxes of bullets, explosions and plenty of wisecracks on Arnold’s age. Currently slated for a 2013 theatrical release, the film also stars Genesis Rodriguez, Jaimie Alexander, Forest Whitaker and Johnny Knoxville.
