Inspired by the 1970 Festival Express tour which featured Janis Joplin, the Grateful Dead, The Band

Inspired by the 1970 Festival Express tour which featured Janis Joplin, the Grateful Dead, The Band and Delaney & Bonnie, some of today’s most popular electronic dance music acts are set to take to the railroads of Canada to tour across the country via train. The Full Flex Express tour is composed of Skrillex, Diplo and Grimes and supported by Pretty Lights, KOAN Sound and TOKiMONSTA. Travelling from east to west, a private passenger train will take the acts from Toronto on July 13 across six cities, completing the tour on July 22 in Vancouver. A similar tour was also undertaken last year by Mumford and Sons, Edward Sharp and Magnetic Zeroes last year titled the Railroad Revival Tour. Check out the dates below and more information can be found on the tour’s official website.
